Where do you ship?
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
We also ship to Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

How much is shipping?
• Orders of €49 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under €49: €3.90 to Spain and Portugal · €5.50 to France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For Spain and Portugal, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours from order confirmation.
For France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. During promotional periods or times of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.

When is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free on orders of €55 or more.

Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Owen every step of the way.
