Step 1
Know your features
Identifying your face shape is the first step to finding sunglasses that suit you. Here are the five most common.
Longer than it is wide, with soft angles and a slightly narrower lower half than the top. The most versatile—almost any frame works for you.
If you have an oval face, the world is yours. Experiment with shapes, colors, and sizes without restrictions.
Square and rectangular frames to accentuate your cheekbones. Go for bold colors and eye-catching shapes.
As wide as it is long, with full cheeks and a rounded jawline. Very symmetrical and balanced.
Angular frames add structure and slim the face, making it appear longer and more defined.
Square or rectangular frames in bold colors. Avoid round ones—wider frames flatter you in particular.
A chiseled, angular jawline, with the forehead and jaw being similar in width. A very defined shape that projects character.
Curved frames soften angles and add contrast, balancing the facial structure.
Round or oval frames with high bridges. They soften the jawline and draw attention to the eyes.
Similar to the oval shape but longer and narrower. Elegant, slim jawline with pronounced vertical proportions.
The wide frames create a visual counterpoint that balances the look.
Wide, rounded frames with large lenses. Cat-eye and aviator styles also add visual width to the face.
Prominent, wide cheekbones with a narrower forehead and jawline. One of the most photogenic shapes.

Find your size
Using a tape measure or ruler, take these four measurements. They will help you confirm your face shape and choose the right size.
The bridge: key to the adjustment
The part that rests on your nose. A good fit helps keep your sunglasses comfortably in place.
Wide nose or
wider-set eyes
Look for bridges measuring 20 mm or more. A smaller bridge would cause the glasses to sit too high on your nose.
Narrow nose or
closer-set eyes
18–19 mm bridges provide a more precise fit and prevent glasses from sliding down.
Quick tip: If your previous glasses sat too high on your nose, the bridge was too narrow. If they slipped down, the bridge was too wide.
